B2B Licensing Framework
Software licensing for the Neuraletheia engines, NeuroSec Dynamics agents, and associated automation platforms is granted under standard enterprise commercial agreements.
Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute the platform within their authorized cloud and workstation nodes.
Model-Trust and Provenance Standard
The Neuraletheia platform adheres to strict model-trust standards. We document the lineage, source dataset verification, and weights provenance of every model deployed.
Clients are prohibited from using platform models for reverse-engineering, synthetic data generation for competitive products, or unauthorized extraction.
Limitation of Liability
While our autonomous agents perform optimizations with a high auto-fix success rate (97.4%), all system changes are deployed in staging environments first.
Client is responsible for reviewing and certifying staging configurations. NeuroSec Dynamics shall not be liable for production outages, data loss, or secondary damages arising from unverified deployments.
Intellectual Property Rights
All code, tools, custom heuristics, vector databases, and system configuration structures created by our optimization loops remain the exclusive intellectual property of NeuroSec Dynamics.
Custom business logic rules explicitly authored by the client remain the property of the client.
